冬山河親水公園 has opened since 1994. The park is disigned to fully utilize the characterization of 冬山河, establishing an open space combing ''水'' and ''緑''. ''水'' has been utilized in different ways for tourism, leisure, recreation, and education.

Water is the source of life on land which holds us together as a whole. However, as time goes by, we have forgotten the deep meaning of river life. 冬山河親水公園 is to remind us the natural relationship between us and the water.
I think the person who increased more stalls and activities is good. However, pool is open in the summer, children and adults would play. And I think they will be able to collect tourists from abroad if the originating abroad especially summer. The location is good in a very cool. place
